Watford

It's all change at Watford, after 5 years Richard Oliver has left Watford to teach for Ceroc in the South West. I am delighted to announce that Carol Clarke will be taking over. James is also taking a break from DJing, so the venue will be enjoying two new DJs for the next few months.

The Moonglow is literally world famous, a number of the former and current Latin American dance champions learn and practice at this venue. Our night on a Tuesday although not as famous is hugely popular.

This venue has an amazing dance floor and a really great atmosphere.

Timings:

Ø     Beginners  Class              8:00 to 8:50pm

Ø     Intermediate Class          9:00 to 9:30pm

Ø     Freestyle                       9:30 to 11:00pm

Soft Drinks Bar, although alcohol can be purchased and brought into the venue from the pub over the road. 

The venue also has a garden area which we sometimes use for barbeques. The garden along with the fans make this a great venue for the summer.

Parking : Free street parking is limited, but there's a huge multi storey car park just 50 yards away, and it's 50p all night to park.

By Car : Junction 5, M1 at the roundabout take the A4008 (signposted Town Centre). Stay in the outside lane until the next roundabout, and then take the 2nd exit.

Follow signs for Watford Junction rail Station, you will cross a series of smaller roundabouts until you reach the station.

At the mini roundabout outside the station take the first left into Clarendon Rd. Then the 2nd left (Gartlett Rd) The Moonglow is at the end of that road.
