If so then the new BEGINNER'S PLUS workshop could be the answer. Using moves you have already learnt, and by adding new variations and techniques you will soon be linking them together fluently to greatly improve your freestyle.

The workshop will also increase your ability to tackle the intermediate class with more confidence. To benefit from this workshop you will have attended at least one of the beginners workshops or 10 beginner's classes as a minimum.
